Derek Croft is the CEO and owner of LiceDoctors, the premier at-home lice treatment service company in the United States. Prior to running LiceDoctors Derek spent the majority of his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. Derek’s experience is both broad and deep. Derek has strong expertise in growth strategy, operational improvement, and customer experience. This expertise led Derek to acquiring LiceDoctors with the goal of providing a top-tier customer experience to everyone in need of lice treatment. Derek has a passion for excellence and a passion for helping others, qualities that push him to help LiceDoctors to fulfill the company mission of being the best Lice Treatment company in the United States.

Derek is also a family man and has four children and a wonderful wife. Being a father of small children helps Derek understand the unique stress and difficulty that comes with children in the household coming home with lice. Every email from the school about a lice outbreak can strike fear into the hearts of parents. As the owner of LiceDoctors, Derek wants to make sure LiceDoctors is always there to lend a helping hand and remove the stress and anxiety that can come from a lice infestation.
