School Lice Policies

Bridgeport schools maintain a strict “no nit” policy as stated in this blog.

Stamford Public Schools allow children with lice to remain in school, but they must be treated on the day of diagnosis. Greenwich Public Schools do not allow students with lice to return to school until they are lice-free.

Marietta and Smyrna schools are within the Cobb County school district and do not adhere to a strict “no nit” policy.
