Lice at School

The National Association Of School Nurses is actively involved in educating schools and school nurses about best policies for head lice management and treatment.

LiceDoctors isn't the only one out there trying to educate school personnel and parents about ineffective lice chemicals and the prevalence of “super lice.”

Head lice is a major problem for schools. It is the second leading cause of absenteeism with only the common cold being a greater cause. Each year at least 12 million kids miss days of school on account of lice.
